Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AIVA processes personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Data we process
Name, email address, phone number, broker account identifier, replication settings, executed operations and technical access records (logs).
Broker credentials
Broker credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) solely so our server can keep the user's broker session active and send entries even when the browser is closed. They are never displayed, written to logs or shared. Users can delete them at any time from their account panel.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to operate the service, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations, and is kept while the account is active.
Communications
We send essential account emails (sign-up, activation and access changes). Other emails — results, reminders, promotions and news — can be turned off at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every message.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, portability and deletion of your data by writing to support@agentesaiva.com.
